Buyers in Search of Specific Properties

I currently have buyers in search of a specific property type.  I am familiar with all the homes in my area listed on the CRMLS.  I am looking for off market properties.  Are you a homeowner considering selling?  Please contact me if you own this type of property.  There is a high demand for larger, rural properties in North San Luis Obispo County.  The towns we are looking in are Templeton, Creston, Atascadero, San Miguel, Paso Robles, Creston on Santa Margarita.  My buyers are looking for 1-2 acre parcels, ideally a main home and a shop or large out building.  The main home needs to be 3 bedroom, 2 -bath or larger.  The year built doesn't matter and a "fixer upper" would be acceptable.  Any horde fencing would be a huge plus but not essential.  My buyers would expect to pay approximately $1,000,000 for such a property, depending on the details and condition-.
