Emily worked hard, was incredibly responsive to us and prospective buyers and took the initiative to conduct open houses rather than us having to ask her to do so. We had already moved out of the area which meant Emily had to show the home without our assistance. She arrived early to make sure the house was show ready and did anything necessary to make sure the showings went well. When buyers had questions, Emily was quick to respond and provide the necessary information. She is a skilled negotiator and knew the market.
